Background
Springwell EasyLet specialise in student property rentals in the Headingley/Hyde Park area of Leeds.
Locations
The old adage ‘location, location, location’ is of equal importance for desirable student properties as for private homes! All our properties are in central locations. They are within easy reach of all local amenities and near to good bus & rail services. We do not let properties in the 'less desirable areas' or miles away from campus. To students, Headingley is 'the centre of the universe'.
Security & Safety
To ensure peace of mind for students and their parents we take security very seriously. All properties are fully alarmed. Mains, interlinked smoke alarms are also fitted along with a fire extinguisher & fire blanket.
